Since 2014, Wings For Life has been operating as a non-profit foundation, supporting promising research projects and clinical studies around the world aimed at finding a cure for spinal cord injuries.

We contributed to this meaningful cause by participating in the Wings For Life World Run event held on Sunday, May 4.

We sincerely thank all participants who ran with us in this special event.

We were in Bostanlı on October 8, 2022, to raise awareness about the right to qualified and equal education! We pedaled for contemporary, scientific, and equal education.

At the “Pedal for Education” event organized by the Aegean Contemporary Education Foundation (EÇEV), we pedaled for contemporary, scientific, and equal education.

As Ege Fren and Ege Endüstri, we pedaled for equal opportunities in education!

Through the “Pedal for Education Bicycle Tour” held by EÇEV on October 8, 2023, we supported access to quality education for children and youth.

Organized by EÇEV, the “Pedal for Education Bicycle Tour” was brought to life once again with the enthusiasm of the 100th anniversary of our Republic’s founding. We, as Ege Fren and Ege Endüstri, took our place in this meaningful event organized to raise funds for equal opportunity initiatives in education.

We thank EÇEV for this meaningful organization and our employees for their continued participation.

With the support of the EBRD, we came together on October 2, 2023, at the TOSB Conference Hall with other TAYSAD member companies to celebrate the completion of the “Equalize Opportunity, Diversify Talent Project,” initiated by TAYSAD (Automotive Suppliers Association of Turkey) to promote gender equality and increase women’s employment, and to mark the beginning of the new term.

As speakers representing the member companies that participated in the first term of the project, we shared our experiences and what we have accomplished within this scope to support gender equality in the business world.

Our Recruitment and Talent Management Manager, Nilgün Özcan, discussed the steps we have taken to ensure equal opportunities and to increase women’s employment within our company as part of our Sustainability and Human Resources policies, offering valuable advice to other businesses.

We would like to thank our Production Manager Cem Şentürk, Chief Union Representative Güngör Sunar, and Senior Advanced Product Business Development Specialist Açelya ERGÜN ŞAFAK for their contributions and efforts as part of the project team.

On March 8, International Women's Day, we made a donation on behalf of our female colleagues to support the efforts of the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality for women and children in the disaster-affected region.
